Standard facial recognition can be fooled by a photograph. WGTech's liveness layer confirms that a live person is physically present before any access decision is made — blocking photo, video, and deepfake-based spoofing at the point of entry.
It works reliably across real-world conditions: partial face coverings including masks, sunglasses, and scarves don't break recognition, and the system is built to run on low-resolution cameras already installed on-site. Biometric data is processed on-device using non-reversible embeddings — it never leaves the premises.

The Problem
