About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems / Firmware Engineer to lead development of low-level software and drivers for next-generation Edge AI computing platforms. The role involves working closely with hardware, AI accelerators, and high-performance video pipelines to enable real-time AI applications in areas such as security, surveillance, industrial safety, and quality inspection.
You will work on device drivers, video pipelines, hardware acceleration, and system optimization for embedded platforms integrating AI accelerators, cameras, and high-throughput data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Linux kernel drivers for embedded platforms

Work on MIPI CSI camera drivers and video pipelines

Integrate AI accelerators (PCIe / SoC NPUs) with embedded Linux
-
Optimize video processing pipelines (RTSP, hardware decode, zero-copy)
-
Debug hardware-software interactions using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and kernel logs
-
Develop firmware and low-level system software for edge AI devices
-
Optimize system performance for multi-camera AI workloads

Collaborate with hardware, AI, and application teams
Required Skills

Strong C/C++ programming
-
Linux kernel development experience
-
Device driver development
-
Embedded Linux systems (Yocto / Buildroot preferred)
-
Experience with PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART
-
Camera interfaces (MIPI CSI / V4L2)

Debugging hardware and kernel issues

Performance optimization of embedded systems
